This property is huge, spacious and houses three separate units - The Bali unit, the Lakefront Villa and the Lakefront Cottage. Beautifully lit pool, quiet stretch of a lush green lawn, boho-inspired decor and other luxurious amenities await you at Vyoman, Pawna. This super spacious home is its own private oasis, overlooking stunning views of the lake and mountains. Spend your evening at the gazebo amidst the lawn, and enjoy a delectable al-fresco meal with distinctive flavours prepared by our chef from an assorted in-house menu.

AtVyoman, guests will have a myriad of relaxing options to choose from, including an exciting spread of games, barbecue around the bonfire, lounging in the artistic outdoor sit-out to strolling the neighbourhood nature trails.

THE SPACE

Sitting Area 
This is a living room on the ground floor of (Lakefront Cottages) Unit 1 - equipped with Wi-Fi. 
It opens up to a beautiful view of the greenery that surrounds the villa and offers ample seating.

BEDROOMS
There are 2 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 
All rooms offer amenities such as AC, TV, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms. 
A natural sanctuary in itself - each room offers lush views of the lawn and mountainscapes that surround the property.

DINING AREA
There is a dining space cum gazebo, where you can enjoy al-fresco culinary experiences like no other.
Please note that there is a common dining area, accessible to all units. It may be shared.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 ensuite bathrooms at this villa.
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

SWIMMING POOL
This villa is set up under the shade of a canopy of immense greenery, quaint lawn, and trees where guests can take a peaceful walk.
Set by the greenery is also a pool, 27x15 ft. in size with a depth of 4.4ft. Each. Please note that the pool is shared.
Please note that there are 2 pools at the property. Guests have access to one of them only.

LAWN
The ample greenery around this house allows you to stay connected with nature at all times.
Breezy & decked with ample seating, you can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal or enjoy a fun-filled al fresco breakfast with your loved ones.
The lawn is also blessed with a quaint gazebo for you to relax in.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES
With an aim to deliver rejuvenation and relaxation in every form, within the property, one has ample of things to choose from when at Vyoman. Start your day with a refreshing dip in the spacious swimming pool, and then head to the dining area for a scrumptious breakfast. There are ample indoor games at the property that guests can enjoy. Enjoy a game of pool table, table tennis or head to the turf with your loved one’s. There is also a Yoga and Swedish massage session that guests can indulge in. Perfect for some Shinrin Yoku (a Japanese concept that translates to forest bathing), the amount of greenery and nature this home is surrounded by is sure to nurture and heal your inner spirit. Guests can go in groups for forest trailing, bird watching and hiking to boost their immune systems - no matter what esteemed self’s idea of holiday is!

ADD-ON SERVICES
Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
A barbecue meal can be provided at an additional cost.
The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
The gazebo can be accessed at no additional charge.
There is a pool-table and TT-table at the home that can be accessed at no additional cost.
Guests can enjoy a 1-hour Yoga and meditation session and a 50-minute Swedish Therapy at an additional cost. The payment for the same will be done at the property.
The conference room can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 10,000 plus taxes, per hour
Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their villa unit. Common areas and the swimming pool may be shared. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
