Producing the hotel booking voucher is mandatory to avail the accommodation services by Travel Dhamaka. If this is not done it entitles the hotel owner to refuse service without any liability on us to refund the booking amount.
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 3 day(s) before check in date.
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 5 day(s) before check in date
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 7 day(s) before check in date
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 96 Hours before check in date
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 72 Hours before check in date
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 48 Hours before check in date
Free Cancellation if a customer cancels booking in between booking date and 24 Hours before check in date
The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
The amount will be refunded approximately within 7 business days.
It may happen that for some regions that the hotel accommodation which was reserved earlier by a customer online cannot be actually made available due to restrictions which are beyond the control of Travel Dhamaka. In such a case Travel Dhamaka will make a full refund.
