Another distinct feature of this property are the artsy and rustic interiors, particularly the intricate woodwork design and decor that add to this charming abode's glamour. - There are 3 spacious, well-furnished rooms with a minimal, idyllic aesthetic - all on the ground floor of this property.
- All of the rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as king-sized beds, extra mattresses, AC, Wi-Fi access, and wardrobes.
- All rooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom - on the ground floor.
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries, and a rustic bamboo shower area.

COMMON AREAS
- As you make your way through the artistically designed rustic doors of this unique homestay, you’ll find yourself in a cosy living room on the ground floor.
- Adorned in mellow pastels, Warli paintings and eloquent lamps, this room also features a wooden sofa that can seat up to 12 people.
- To add a tinge of opulence, this room is equipped with amenities such as a portable home-theatre system with karaoke, a TV, refrigerator and Wi-Fi.
- The living room is not equipped with an AC.
- Adjacent to this living area is the bar area, replete with bar stools that can seat up to 4 people.
- The glasshouse in the exterior areas of the charming abode can also be turned into a dining area that can seat up to 20 people.
- It is not equipped with an AC.
- The cosy interiors also feature a patio right at the start of the villa entrance which is adorned with eclectic paintings.
- These paintings are in lieu with the local culture and setup and help in exuding a whole traditional aura throught the property’s premises.
- A great place for your morning cup of tea, guests can also choose to relax and unwind while immersing themselves in a good book.
- The exteriors of this vibrant abode also offer an outdoor private rectangular swimming pool.
- It is 20x40 ft. in size and 4.25 ft. in depth.
- Guests can access the pool till 10:00 PM.
- For those wishing to find a cosy spot to catch the vivid hues of nature and the skies, the macchan on the premises is definitely the place to be at.
- The glasshouse or the covered gazebo, is another place to enjoy the lush green surroundings and the immaculate views of the Sahyadris.
- It has ample seating arrangements for up to 20 people and can also be turned into a dining area or a party/ occasional place.
- The sprawling lawn with a canopy of 2 ficus trees is another highlight of this quaint property.
- The lawn spreads itself across 1000 sq. ft. and has ample seating space in the form of concrete seating under the canopy of the trees for up to 10 people.
- Guests can also stroll along its expanse or play to their heart’s content here.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the commercial kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 11 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Unwind and relax with your loved ones by the pool. The outdoor glasshouse with provisions for dining and occasions makes sure you have a wonderful one-on-one with nature whilst also enjoying the lavishness this villa has to offer. For those wishing to find a cosy spot to catch the vivid hues of nature and the skies, the macchan on the premises is definitely the place to be at. Grab your preferred choice of drinks by the bar area. Catch screenings of some up-and-coming rom-coms and action thrillers on the home theatre system or simply enjoy a round of karaoke. Reserve your evenings for a scrumptious barbecue meal while huddling around the bonfire. Venture out and explore the nearby treks and trails. This charming abode is bound to leave you with a trove full of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can access the home-theatre system for no extra cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can also be availed at an extra charge of Rs. 500 for 3 hours inclusive of raw materials.
- Guests can arrange an external DJ  for themselves at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 for a duration of 3 hours. Please note that DJ can be availed only till 10 PM.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that Nashik locals are not allowed to book this property.
- The road leading to the property might not be concrete.
- The villa is located in a secluded area.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and fans except for the AC for up to 6 hours and the generator can support all appliances for up to 8 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to remain cautious of any bugs, insects, or animals as the home is surrounded by natural vegetation.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Please note that the kitchen services can be accessed till 11 PM.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
